The Pearl Hoi An is by no means a 5-star property — it barely deserves 2 stars. First of all, the location is terrible — it’s far from the Old Town, so don’t expect to walk or easily explore nearby. They claim to have a “free shuttle,” but it’s completely pointless. It only starts at 2 PM, 3 PM, 4 PM, and the last return from Old Town is around 6 PM! What kind of shuttle service ends before dinner time in a tourist city? The room itself was a huge disappointment — missing even the basic essentials. There was no toilet paper, no tissue paper, no shower supplies, no proper bath towels. I honestly have no idea what this resort is supposed to be good for. Breakfast was equally pathetic — very limited options, cold food, and nothing close to what a 5-star should serve. Overall, this place is overrated, poorly maintained, and far from convenient. Save yourself the frustration and pick a better hotel closer to town — this one is definitely not worth the money or the rating.

"Beautiful stay at The Pearl Hoi An! The entire staff are ever smiling, friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, right next to the beach and also for exploring Hoi An's ancient town. A dip in the vast and beautiful pool is a must. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet - delicious local and international options. Only deducted a star because they could have had a few more vegetarian options. Overall, a great value for the price. Would definitely stay here again!"

We stayed for couple of days in one of the 3 bedroom apartment. It was clean and spacious and all the facilities were good. The sea view was really great to have. Only downside for Indian tourist is that they do not allow outside food and neither you can use kitchen they provide which doesn't make sense considering it is an apartment they provide for. Further there are limited veg options like couple of them in there menu on A-la-carte.

it feels like v r living in empty place.. no vibes staff is very rigid..not helpful.. do not understand ur problem.. it has private beach but no activity no guard.. location wise its in center of hoi an and da nang so away of the city vibes.. no indian food options near by.. in all m unhappy staying here

Property is huge, however i faced communication gap there. Vegetarian option was not so good in breakfast. But yes i enjoyed the spa, i had a great experience of taking their spa services. Overall, my experience at the property was mixed due to a communication gap. While the property itself was impressive in size, i was disappointed by the lackluster vegetarian breakfast options. However, i thoroughly enjoyed the spa services and had a great experience there.

The location is slightly outside, staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are extremely comfortable clean and have all required amenities.

The property is on the beach. Rooms are very comfortable. Very helpful staff. Though the breakfast spread was limited, it was good. It's just 10 mins walking from an bang beach. Spa is must try.

Hotel is big and has so many things to explore with us aay access to beach. Pool was under renovation but pools at villa was opened. Good food options.
