Bad experience for Indians

The experience wasn’t good in this hotel right from check in experience to breakfast buffet . Staff is very rude towards Indian guests, although more than 50% guests were Indian. The breakfast buffet had Indian corner but the food was not eatable, hard idlis and poor is. None of the Indians were eating it. And vegetarian options were close to none

The property located at a nice location,the staff was very supportive. The food spread had lot of options. The rooms taken was comfortable. They provide complimentary spa facilties. This was a surprise.

Poor Stay

We had two kids one 3 years and the other 5 years. My younger one started shivering as he had fewer. We called for an extra blanket / duvet and they said that "they are out of blankets" to this we had to literally argue for 5 mins on the phone for an extra blanket. We then insisted to talk to the manager at 11. 30 pm in the night and also said that we will report this and never come back to stay in the hotel. After that they agreed to send the blanket after 15 mins.

I took a studio apartment. All facilities for kitchen, laundary available with everything used of good quality. Restaurant has pure vegetarian options as well with vegan options with great skyline view of the city. Only things is it is 5-7kms far from pure vegetarian restaurants and day tour pickup location but getting a cab is easy with many shops nearby.
