The rooms are very good, and the property is in a very good location. The restaurant services are decent. However, the overall services in terms of travel desk, hospitality, could definitely improve. It is impossible to get any information from the Reception. They don't seem to want to help either.

The ac in the room was not working property. In the morning during checkout we were told that the laundry bag in the room is for 1, 00, 000 vnd. This is the first time where we are told to pay for the laundry bag did not expect this behaviour in novotel. The coffee shop near it is also closed now

I would recommend this hotel for the location, view and great food. The rooms were very clean with a bath tub and a separate shower and WC area. We loved the sumptuous breakfast that they offered. It had something for every palette. Thank you.
