Disappointing Experience - Lost Gold Ring

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. While the room was decent and the bathroom quite small, the worst part was the service. I lost my gold ring and socks in the room. When I reported it to the receptionist, I was told that they only found my socks, but not the ring. Despite repeatedly requesting just 5 minutes to check the room myself, I was denied every time. I am 100% certain that my ring was taken by the housekeeping staff. To make matters worse, when I asked for my socks back, the reception manager informed me that the housekeeping team had kept them and refused to return them. This experience has been extremely upsetting, and I am writing this review in the hope that the hotel management will do the right thing. If there is still any sense of responsibility or humanity, I sincerely hope no other guest has to go through such a troubling experience.

The hotel was two lanes away from the beach and the rooms were pretty huge with a beach view. The only problem was that we were charged extra for the mini bar for using the water bottles and cold drinks. We weren't informed about this before. Other than that the experience was good.

hotel is situated at a great accessible area. we selected sea view room. after all kinds of discount we got it. it has a small swimming pool on 15th floor rooftop. not more than 2 minutes of walking distance to the beach. it's almost ON THE BEACH. but the best part which makes this hotel so good that the people here. always helpful, always smiling. that will rise up your mood.

Nhat Minh Hotel and Apartment is situated at a great accessible area. we selected sea view room. after all kinds of discount we got it. it has a small swimming pool on 15th floor rooftop. not more than 2 minutes of walking distance to the beach. it's almost ON THE BEACH. but the best part which makes this Nhat Minh Hotel and Apartment so good that the people here. always helpful, always smiling. that will rise up your mood.

The Nhat Minh Hotel and Apartment was two lanes away from the beach and the rooms were pretty huge with a beach view. The only problem was that we were charged extra for the mini bar for using the water bottles and cold drinks. We weren't informed about this before. Other than that the experience was good.
