Location is very good. Raj kapoor indian food is the best. Only issue is that between 8pm to 9am, there is no housekeeping. U cannot get water etc. Plus, when we wanted to take breakfast for our child, who was in room, we were rudely refused. That was a shock for us, as no hotel refuses for kid. There is some lack of customer service. Also, we had to wait for 30 minutes for our luggage to be sent to our room. At checkout, i took myself. For the whole family. Lack of staff, training.

For solo traveller is good. Location is very good. Center city. Indian food at raj kapoor is excellent. Only issue is that after 8pm to 9am, you cannot get water or any house keeping. Staff needs proper training, as they stopped from taking breakfast for the kid to room. For taking luggage there is noone at the entrance. U need to specially call them. . Hotel need to be more customer friendly.

Horrible hotel

We checked in the hotel at 9 pm at night. The receptionist were not at all helpful. We had an early morning flight and had to leave for airport at 5 am. By 3:30 the lights of rooms were off and we kept calling them for some torch or some candles so that we could pack before we leave but noone heeded to it and we had a very bad experience.
