The worst hotel. No butler service was given. We had around 10 baggages and nobody helped with our baggage during checkout. No water bottles given in the rooms. Indian must avoid this hotels. Zero hospitality. Waste of money , and Mental peace .

I found it average as there was no amenities in the room no vanity kit no menu card all the drawers were empty the bar was closed the brewing machine was not working properly. No food. No in room dining available but the conceirge staff was excellent. Very well spoken. There was no water bottle in the room.

Too old hotel property. Rooms are too small. The hotel needs a facelift as of yesterday. Brands like Hilton should not be offering such old property to customers who arrive with huge expectations and paying the price of a brand new property. Please on at most priority refurbish the property top to bottom.
