Firstly, we never got the category of rooms we paid for. We were DOWNGRADED!! All throughout our stay the Air Conditioning didn’t work. We had 3 apartments and had booked 27 nights in total. It was an ordeal that just wouldn’t end. We must have changed rooms 15/16 times during the course of our stay because of some issue or the other

Excellent value for money. Located in the heart of upscale London borough of Kensington, it is a quiet and classy neighborhood, very easily accessible - 10 mins walking from Easl’s Court, West Kensington underground stations. The hotel has well appointed amenities, clean rooms, good services and friendly staff . Highly recommended

We had a great stay at Residence Inn. Rooms were maintained, comfortable and honey. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall highly recommend. Location is very good, nearby to the Underground station. We can walk and head out to all prominent places in London. Breakfast was okay. There was not much option if you are Veg, no Indian cuisine. Only breakfast was a let down rest all is just awesome

The stay was very comfortable. What’s great about residence inn is the rooms are very spacious and the staff is super helpful. What could be improved is the breakfast. We stayed there for 7 days and the breakfast had no variation apart from a vegetarian sausage / spring roll change. I will still recommend it to anyone looking for a nice spacious long stay.

Very average hotel. Although we had requested early check in even at 3pm which is the usual check in time the rooms were not ready & had to wait & argue with the reception staff. 1bedroom suites allocated to us had bathroom doors that would not close & when sharing the room it becomes very awkward. The sofa beds were really uncomfortable. Being a Marriott group hotel services could have been better.
