Location was really great but hotel was nothing like what you'd expect from a Hyatt. Service was mediocre at best. Once I asked for water they asked me to come and collect from reception. Breakfast selection is terrible. But property is quite good and well placed, at walking distance from popular tourist destinations in London and 2 mins walk from bus stand and 3 mins walk from underground.

Food did not try, AC was not working in the room and despite complaint did not get fixed. No support on cutlery for room delivery it was just not that great.

Hotel is not providing even a single bottle of water and charging for it. Moreover, i had a paid booking but at checkout they charged for some night charges which are not explained.

Excellent place to stay in east london

Comfortable stay, close to many eateries, close to both aldgate east and white-chapel stations. Staff were very courteous, rooms were spacious enough. Special mention on nimisha at reception who helped us with a lot of information about our moving around!

Location of hotel was very close to underground train aldgate east station. Bus stop was just outside hotel. Starbucks was inside hotel building. Tesco express is just 2 buildings away. Rooms were nice & enough spacious as per london. Rooftops bar is fantastic with spectacular views of city skyline. Buffet was decent but not enough vegetarian options. Overall its a good option in central london
