Good location just opposite Hyde park gate and walking distance from landmarks of London. Close to underground tube/ train station and good coverage of London bus stops as well to Victoria, Oxford street and Kensington. Staff and service is good and can be more courteous, but no complaints as stay was only for one night. I booked through make my trip website and the experience was good. Thank you

Excellent hotel but doesn't provide free water bottles

Big size rooms as per london standards. I would recommend the place if it suits your location - not very far from paddington station. Only 1 problem i found was that they don't provide water bottles in the room - asked 1. 99 pounds per bottle.

Good location just opposite Hyde park gate and walking distance from landmarks of London. Close to underground tube/ train station and good coverage of London bus stops as well to Victoria, Oxford street and Kensington. Staff and service is good and can be more courteous, but no complaints as stay was only for one night. I booked through make my trip website and the experience was good. Thank you
