Location is excellent, walking distance from Waverley Station, princess road and some other important tourist points Except breakfast, which was below average no other meals were available in house. Limited staff but we’ll behaved and warm welcoming and always ready to serve you. Limited facilities. Wi-Fi excellent. Cleanliness good. Rooms and bathrooms good size. Stay was Value for money
