Worst Experience. This is a good/Average hotel, definitely not worth the money, but location is good. The worst part is, they ask you for the Credit card information at check in - even though I had paid in full while booking. They used this information to make a transaction 5 hours after I had checked out completing all my formalities. While checking out the person at reception had checked and confirm that I have no payment to make and everything was OK and I left. As I had double PIN protection the transaction failed and my card was blocked. I had to face terrible time due to this, as I was not able to make any transaction during my travel - my stay in Mumbai or Duty Free at Heathrow. This morning when I complaint to bank about this I got the information regarding above transaction. I have already written an email to them regarding this, but no reply so far.
