The hotel was fantastic 15 mins walk from Taksim Restaurant has really good food and good vegetarian options too Aziz at the reception was really kind and hospitable Since we were on our honeymoon, he upgraded us to a better room On 1st May , the roads leading to the hotel were shut and we were checking out on the same day. The hotel spoke to police officials and got our cab from the main road to the hotel so we could easily get in the cab and reach airport on time

Our stay at Artisan hotel was very comfortable and satisfying. Hotel is good, staff are very hospitable, food is amazing and the best part is it's location. Most things are walking distance. My family of 8 aged from 6 years to 60 years age, all had a great time. We definitely recommend Artisan to others. Hotel decor and hygiene too are good. Recommended

Not worth a stay!

The toilet seat was shaky. On complaining about the same, the technician fixed it and asked me not to use it for the next 2 hours. I was too tired to have complained or anything at this point and waited for two hours only to realise that i didn’t need to do this. Anyway, the next morning i asked the team to change my room as i was comfortable using the washroom was a shaky toilet seat. It wasn’t even safe for them to ask us to use it! the person at the reception was adamant that he couldn’t get my room changed and that he would send the guy to get it fixed. I argued with him for 20 minutes. Pleaded to him that i wasted two hours last night this was my last day in istanbul and that i didn’t have time for all this. He was damn adamant! there was a guest service person who empathised with me understood my problem and talked sense into the guy at the reception. Nonetheless, eventually, the technician did come and check the seat before i was accommodated in a different room. They wasted so much of our time only to give us another room with the same problem. I don’t know what’s wrong with this hotel. Is it too old, or badly maintained? i can’t be certain. But i didn’t complain again as i had no time for another round of argument. This hotel is not at all up to the mark, the guys at the reception aren’t very accommodating and don’t understand english properly. Not what i expect from an accor hotel. a stay here can be avoided. I didn’t feel safe at all using their washrooms. Won’t visit again, won’t recommend it!

My experience was a weird one i was checked in at 5pm once i arrived, i was given a dirty room i was very disappointed this was later fixed when i complained but not acceptable for a 4 star hotel. The shower in the new room leaked through out the whole toilet

The The Artisan Istanbul MGallery was fantastic 15 mins walk from Taksim Restaurant has really good food and good vegetarian options too Aziz at the reception was really kind and hospitable Since we were on our honeymoon, he upgraded us to a better room On 1st May , the roads leading to the The Artisan Istanbul MGallery were shut and we were checking out on the same day. The The Artisan Istanbul MGallery spoke to police officials and got our cab from the main road to the The Artisan Istanbul MGallery so we could easily get in the cab and reach airport on time

Our stay at Artisan The Artisan Istanbul MGallery was very comfortable and satisfying. Hotel is good, staff are very hospitable, food is amazing and the best part is it's location. Most things are walking distance. My family of 8 aged from 6 years to 60 years age, all had a great time. We definitely recommend Artisan to others. Hotel decor and hygiene too are good. Recommended

I was here for good 8 nights, and i must say that my entire stay was great. It is well located, roughly about 7-8 mins walk to taksim sqaure. The rooms were wll lit and comfortable, and tbe staff was welcoming and helpful

The The Artisan Istanbul MGallery was superb; the room was very nicely designed and spacious! the only downside was the location as an uphill walk to taksim square.
