Good centrally located hotel

The location is in the center of Istanbul and walking distance to most of the places of interest and to the tram station. The breakfast is a good spread. The reception staff are very gracious and in fact, remembered us from our previous visit 6 months earlier. The housekeeping staff are very efficient too. There are many restaurants close by for lunch and dinner.
The room was good and clean. The staff was kind enough to join the twin beds to make it a double bed for us.

The food in the breakfast buffet was not replenished, the omelet which was ordered was raw. Very bad room service.
The room wasn't cleaned form 2 days. I asked them to clean but they didn't, the mini bar was empty, was not filled even after asking them to do so.
