Poor Stay

Our Stay was Below Average at this Hotel. We stayed here for 5 Nights and had an unpleasant time. Rooms: Were reasonable size, however, every single time we went upstairs to the room, the key card didn't work and we had to go back to the reception to get it reactivated. This was even after we got it activated every time we went upstairs after a tiring day. Lift: The Hotel had only *One* Operational Lift for 9 Floors and every floor had at least 8 Rooms. Even the House Keeping Staff uses the same lift, We had to climb the Stairs upto 9'Th Floor Many Times due to the Congestion at the Lift Area and Delays in going out or coming back. Breakfast: Very Very Below Average Breakfast, everything was completely *Cold* including Boiled Eggs and Staff Behaviour. Upon asking for Scrambled Eggs, we were asked to pay extra. What ????? The way the Breakfast is served on trays gives an impression of how badly the Hotel looks at its customers. *Very Pathetic* ! 😣 Staff: Just cold reactions to whatever you ask for. If you ask for drinking water, they'll send you to the Bar, which asks for money just to top up a water bottle 🤷‍♂️ This Hotel really really needs to work on their *Breakfast* and *Customer Service*
