I was looking for a budget hotel when I booked Belizia . I paid per night (May 2024). My first impression as I entered the hotel was that OMG there is no lift. This hotel is in a two storey wooden building but is well maintained. The caretaker went out of the way to make my stay comfortable. The location of the hotel is close to happening place -Moda - just 5min walk. I am in 2 minds - whether to give 4 star or 5 star rating. It deserves a five star rating because very cooperative owner, nice and clean rooms at just 5k a day. But I will settle with 4 star rating because no lift and no restaurant.
