perfect location on the beach, many rooms with sea view, Infinity pool with bar and loungers were good for relaxing. the property felt a bit outdated, room didn't have enough shelves to unpack, bathroom and wardrobe design was strange with multiple doors next to each other. Some balcony didn't have privacy from neighbour's balcony, vegetarian food options were bad, they were calling Pita bread as Naan, some potato gravy, didn't look good to even try. Average food spread in breakfast. Roof top restaurant was outdated, didn't have the vibe. main restaurant was well maintained. Overall decent 4 star hotel to stay on the beach. Won't live up to 5 star resort.

Not so wonderful experience with mmt. First the screw up happened in the travel insurance I took, which got resolved only after I landed in the destination country. A lot of back and forth communication had to be done for the same. Next, the Novotel I booked had a private pool and a jaccuzzi on MMT website. At the hotel, they said there's no such room and downgraded me to a lower category room with no pool. The hotel said it's not their problem and OTA should be contacted. I checked out of that hotel 4 days ago and experts from MMT have not been able to provide and solution, let alone a call to understand my query. Zero regards, Bhushan

Had the most wonderful time at the resort. It was everything that I had wanted & much more. Also the kids’ friendly atmosphere was a big plus. Their Kids club was a fun place for my 6 year old boy. The property is right on the beach which is superbly clean & gorgeous. The hotel staff ensures exceptional cleanliness in & around the property. The views from the hotel are inexplicably beautiful. The manager Mr Top was very warm & helpful. The entire staff created a very comfortable experience for us, it felt like a home away from home. In fact we all were so emotional while saying our good bye to the hotel & its people. We will be returning to the same resort very soon.

Location: Excellent. You can go straight to the beach from the pool area. It’s at the end of the beach and is the last hotel on the beach. Complete privacy. Facelities: Pool, poolside bar, Resturant, Kids section, SPA…. the hotel has it all. Food: Limited menu, tad expensive but great taste. Location being a bit isolated is about couple of KMs from the market and nearest 7/11. However, many good food joints down the beach. Staff: Very pleasant demeanour and disposition. Very helpful. Highly recommended.

It’s located at the corner of the beach, excellent for a private stay, however far from all market areas or local restaurants. Need to walk along the beach in the day. Next to cafe del mar for nightlife though. Its biggest pro is the private beach, and the lovely view! Rooms are old and very average, not worth the price.

Staying at novotel was awesome. Only issue is with food. Restaurant staff and chef does not know english properly. So won't be able to provide any indian dishes. Otherwise service, property etc is good
