Pros- Rooms were spacious and squeaky clean. You have the beach to yourself. Enough chairs to sit on the beach. You go snorkeling and you'll find so many fishes right there in front of the resort. Breakfast was good too. Cons- Most of the rooms are up the hill but they have cars/trucks available for both ways which comes in not more than 5 minutes once you let them know. Property location is a bit tricky, you'll need a boat taxi to come to the pier although it takes only 5-10 minutes but you'll be charged 100 baht which goes to 150 baht after 6PM.
