Terrible Stay

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. As an Indian traveler, I felt discriminated against and unfairly treated. The staff seemed to assume negative intentions based on my nationality, which was deeply offensive and unacceptable. Additionally, I was charged for things I did not use or damage, and it felt like the hotel was looking for reasons to add extra charges. This behavior made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout my stay. I do not find this hotel trustworthy or respectful, especially towards Indian guests. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for fair treatment and basic hospitality.

I had booked bungalow with twin bed but when I arrived at hotel, they had given us super double room without informing us. Ac in room was not working. Overall below average stay. I would not recommend this to anyone in future.

We were charged wrongfully for a broken glass, and the staff didn't even have the courtesy to inform us until we checked out

When we left our room in the morning both glasses were in proper condition, however in the evening when we came back we saw one glass missing. At the time of check-out, we were told that they found a broken glass, and were going to charge us against our security. I even enquired previously why there was only one glass in my room, and the staff didn't bother to tell us anything. I would rate customer service as 0, and would not recommend anyone to be staying here. However, the only friendly staff in this hotel is at the restaurant, and their breakfast is pretty good.

Phi Phi is a beautiful Island but at the same time it's a very small Island. I heard many reviews about small hotels which are unprofessional but when I checked in Coco Bella, all my doubts were cleared. Now I know which place to book when I go there again.
