The room was fine, however the staff was really rude. The television and the locker in the room were faulty, and when we asked to get it fixed, the lady at the front desk asked us to move into a much smaller room, or which we disagreed. Then she said there is no other option. When we continued requesting, we threatened to call the police. Next day, we wanted to replace our water glasses, for which she said that fresh glasses aren't available.
