Some amenities like digital security box was not working. The air conditioner was cooling but it could be better. The walls and glasses need to refurbished. The swimming pool was awesome but the designer of swimming pool could have utilised the space to make it bigger. Overall it is a good R-Con Blue Ocean.
The room was good and spacious but it could have been maintained in a better way. The electronic security box was not working, though the staff were too honest but you must take precaution. Wi-Fi was not good, but staff knew that their Wi-Fi is not good therefore they extend all support to get Wi-Fi connected. The infrastructure like wall curtains, glass, and television need renovation and refurbishment.

Good place and location to stay But Early check-in is not allowed that is a draw back. Good location nearby 711, R-Con Blue Oceans and massages spa. Bad smell at lobby. Noise at night time but that is enjoyable. Walking street is walk able distance, central festival mall Pattaya is jut 10 mins walk from R-Con Blue Ocean.

Only one staff member was courteous. Lock of our bathroom broke and they don’t even bother to fix it for 2 days. No food available in the R-Con Blue Ocean. I think Thai people are arrogant.
