Terrible Stay

We were really disappointed with our stay at Krabi Venice Resort. The overall experience was far below expectations. The staff was unhelpful and had a very poor attitude, which made our stay uncomfortable. The service was unprofessional, and there was no effort to make guests feel welcome. We would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay in Krabi.

Great food, average hospitality, isolated location

The property is beautiful with the venice style lake in the middle but it isn’t maintained well, the water seemed stagnant with moulds growing. They are located around 7 kms away from the ao nang beach and travel even with taxi is a hassle. They provide a shuttle to the beach at 1030 am which is good but sort of ties you down and returning to the hotel is on your own. Book only if you are looking for a reclusive holiday or have your own mode of transport. Their breakfast is absolutely fabulous and has a ton of options including vegan options. Their fruits and veges here were some of the best we had in thailand as they have a farm to table concept. The server even provided us special vegetarian options upon request, big thumbs up. But we had disappointing experience upon checkout as they had wrongly charged us for in-room snacks and even charged for their laundry bag( who does that) overall, the hospitality is okay, the food is great, the location is a downer and not bang for the buck they charge.
