An absolute paradise, beautiful views, great location, wonderful pool and some bad people in employee group. I was travelling with my wife, 6 month old daughter and 60 year old man. I call them thrice to inform them about whom in travel in with and have 4 large suitcases along, but they still didn't bother and sent a small tuktuk to carry my family along with a couple. I had to then tell the guy to drop the couple first and then come back to pick us up but when we reached the resort, we forgot that issue cozy its beautiful and surreal. They also have a team who guides on Rock climbing and we loved it. I would just like to mention that the beautiful pool comes with the weirdest bartender who was really rude. They should learn how to deal with the customer but it was a great experience.

I went there with my wife. The resort is a bit isolated and you cross the caves on your walk up there. The walk is a bit scary in the night so I suggest to call the Railay Phutawan Resort for their car ‘tuk-tuk’ they keep sending their car for pick up and drop of guests. Our stay at Phu Tawan was nice. The location and the view of the resort are beautiful and divine. The staff is also cordial, the only issue we had was their is no intercom in the room. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant. Eating breakfast facing the hills and drinking beer in the infinity pool was the highlight.

I really loved the ambiance and location of the Resort. I loved how the staff was really welcoming. The location of the resort was a little higher on the cliff which was a little tiring. They had free shuttle service from the town to the resort but it was hourly basis and sometimes it was difficult for us to climb up the hill and the slope was steep. Also, the AC of my room was not cooling properly. Kinda got disappointed in that sense. But overall I really liked the stay and if I would go to the Railay again, would love to stay here again.
