Only hotel i found where they didn’t provide the following necessary things. No soap, no shampoo, no milk or whitener to prepare tea. When asked for milk or whitener for making coffe they asked me to buy it from 7/11. Hotel and room was clean.

Expensive for price paid, as otherwise other options were better with better room ambiance and amenities.
Beds were not comfortable and for a big bed two single beds were joined which was very uncomfortable, the room decor is very old and the price charged for such a room, very exorbitant.

We had a wonderful and pleasant stay. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Very well located. Only tea and coffee so kept in the room to be made chargeable needs to be looked into. We are staying in Hong Kong so an excellent short haul destination. The Resident Manager was most polite and helpful.
