The grand victory hotel location is very good middle of the city all tourist places are walking distance food is average vegitable food is not available Rooms are very good but need to improve in bed quality Out side guest is not allowed it's negative point Hotel is very old .

I found this location on Make my trip. services were normal. and I did not try food here . Room AC was not working properly. and at the time they showed me a photo of a towel . when I asked them why they were charging they replied that the towel was showing minor colour. I told them to show the towel but they didn't show me. I told them 300 THAI BAHT is the price of a towel then why are you charging more than the towel price for washing then they started making excuses. this was not fair. I will not visit this location again.

I had a terrible experience just when I booked the hotel room. I had booked two studio rooms of the hotel for 5 guests for 3 adults and and two children of age 13 and 9 years. Had made payment in advance and thought The entire transactions have been completed. However the hotel charged me a certain amount citing an extra child policy for 2 days. This was new for me as I had already declared this while making the booking on MMT website. The booking confirmation should have informed about such policies of the hotel. I think I was wrongly charged and this charge should be refunded. The hotel is located in a narrow street (hardly 10 feet) and people pee on The sides of this street. Its tough walking here on the sides with cars arriving from behind. There is no outside view from the hotel rooms as it is blocked by other nearby buildings. The swimming pool is good though small. Rooms are decently clean, linen is clean, toilet facility was good. The hotel provided locker facility and kept our luggage for 3 hours as I checked out by 12.00 noon. There are nearby BTS line stations like Phyta Thai and Victory Monument. You will not be able to locate the hotel unless you have Google maps.

Location was good, quite place to stay. Near mart station. Building from outside and till lift looks good and renovated. But room has very old interior. But had good stay.
Curtain in the bathroom was too short because of which all water was coming out if bathtub and bathroom was getting wet. Room interior was quite old.
