Samran place is a good budget hotel. The room was basic but quite spacious. The staff was friendly and responsive and appreciated the smile the front desk always had. I enjoyed dinner at the ground floor restaurant once and they were responsive, the food was delicious. Overall a pleasant stay!

Service OK, reception people are helpful, the worse part is the Wi-Fi speed. It's 4G but the speed is worse than 2G. I have complain about it but its seem the Wi-Fi speed is good only on the first and second floor but the internet Wi-Fi is very bad.

We stayed at hotel Samran for 3 days. The hotel has good access to Wi-Fi and the local market is within the range of 2 km. If you can cover the Indian restaurant within 2-3 km it will be one of the best option. Neat and clean rooms, bath tub are some of the good features. It is very near to the SIAM metro station.

After a long flight we reached the hotel around 5 PM, there was no one to help us with our luggage, and the two receptionists were behaving like they are doing some free service to us. One of the receptionist just asked us whether we want to check in and given the access key just telling go to 6th floor . . Before reaching the hotel we were planning to ask the receptionists about some good place to visit next to the hotel but after seeing their behavior we felt even not to stay in that hotel. My wife was totally disappointed about their service but since we already paid the full amount we were not having an option Location is good for shopping, hotel room is very good and clean. Could be a better hotel if they can improve their service.

I booked this hotel due to its near by proximity to MBK center, Platinum Mall, Indra Market and many more . But overall the hotel does not have anything more to offer. Rooms are average, facilities are average, ambience is average, Breakfast variety is not sufficient. I will not recommend this to anyone. No tea-bags provided in room.
