    The rooms are too congested. There is no lift at the property. The property is in a shady location. The paint of the rooms was falling off and there was barely any ventilation in the room.

    bad mantainance, bad smell in room and washroom, staff has a rude behaviour... AC condition is pathetic, just 10 minutes delay for check out so 2 people have come and standing in front of the door and started arguing... I was requesting for 5 mnts but they stood outside till I vacte room... I have never seen such a bad behavior especially lady was so rude..

    My experience was marvelous in this hotel location is brilliant and sky train +shoping mall +cheapest food from harry’s kitchen restaurants from ground floor amazing taste and also boss and staff is very friendly boss ashish and staff bojay bhandari very cooperative

    Never book a hotel from here. Hotel owner is a indian couple they are not friendly and not helping. I stay two days there in so hot room. Air conditioner doesn't work. Hotel owner gave me room on 5th floor no elevator also. Small room everything is not good. Please don't book. Thank you
