The lobby is the best part of this hotel. Beautiful as usual. Rooms although renovated are old, plumbing seems to be a problem.. they changed our room but the new room also had a problem with the Aircon, bathroom door not closing properly etc etc. Fantastic location.

The propert is located at the best possible place. Indian food is also available in buffet and special indian dishes available on request.

Excellent room and hotel premises. Very clean. Staff very courteous. Suggestion - Try to improve Vegetarian options in breakfast.

The breakfast is the main highlight which has a huge spread. Also the most convenient location situated right in front of the metro station.

Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok was GRAAAND! One of the best and finest properties in city downtown, with proximity to all major shopping centres walkable within 10-12 mins radius. Most convenient for kids, elder people and with disabilities to commute to their favorite spots. The rooms were fantastic, large and with the latest offerings by Balmain Paris! Amenities were incredibly wow, pool was super and jacuzzi phenomenonal. The English breakfast was lavish, with cuisine available from major countries like Japan, India, Middle East, etc. The staff were polite and courteous with mid-long waits for delivery of the food on table. Quality and Aroma of the hotel entrance was Grand! Most advisable for families with kids and elder people!!!

Grand hyatt eranwan is very conveniently located with metro access. Great service, very friendly staff. I reached early in the morning, staff was kind enough to assign me a room rather than waiting for the check in time. They have indian choices for breakfast which is very helpful. Room is very spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property in bangkok.

After paying a huge tarriff for this room it was a total let down. Ac was not working and the same was informed to the reception. In-spite of that, we were not shifted to another room

Location good. Air conditioning was not working and the engineer and housekeeping kept saying that hyatt has ac temperature only till 21 degrees. Hardly any place to move around in the room. Half the curtain can’t be drawn due to the huge table put. Bathroom is divided into small, cubicles, very sad state of affairs in the bedroom.

I recently stayed at the grand hyatt to celebrate my birthday, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. As a birthday treat, the hotel surprised me with a complimentary cake and ballons which was a delightful touch. Dining experience: the hotel offers the most amazing breakfast offering a vast variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes and preferences. The hotel’s restaurant also offered a wide variety of delicious options. The evening truly memorable. Facilities: i took advantage of the hotel’s amenities, including the fitness center and pool, the fitness center was well-equipped and clean, perfect for a quick workout. The pool was spacious with all the amenities you need to just kick back and relax. Location: the hotel's location is ideal, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to major attractions and shopping areas. It was convenient to explore the city and then retreat to the comfort of the hotel. Service: what stood out the most during my stay was the exceptional service. Every staff member i encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in making my stay enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure that my birthday was celebrated in style. Overall: staying at the grand hyatt for my birthday was a fantastic decision. The combination of luxurious accommodations, excellent dining, top-notch amenities, and outstanding service made it a birthday to remember. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy a luxurious stay.

The only good thing about the hotel is its location which is near both central and sim mall. However the experience wasn’t five star. Bathroom was clogged, when they changed our room, the internet was not working in tv of other room. Since ours was a short stay, just 2 nights, the impact wasn’t too high. But the experience wasn’t 5 star.

Very conveniently located and value for money for a 5 star property. Breakfast buffet is good but could include more vegetarian options.

Right from the start with the grand entry into the beautiful property which gives a vibe of a forest and water lake flowing inside with fish in it already connects you to the nature, i was in love with the music being played live and everything. After which we were taken care of by front office team ms. Foam, ms toe y and the in room dining manager. All of them were exceptionally awesome in their service and took care of every little need when being asked. I recommend anyone who wants to be close to malls and dining places- this is it! one of the best stay i have had. Definitely recommend it and will come back here again for sure.

Nice hotel in bangkok and it situated in main market area

Location is very good, good service and good overall faculties, excellent breakfast
