All the rooms of this hotel are full smelly and stinking, the furniture is old, bathrooms not good, cockroaches everywhere, very poor maintenance of lobby.

property location is very good. staff is good and helpful. my stay was pleasant except last night. I stayed in room 202. in room 203 a suspicious looking was staying. she offered me massage and boom boom service. I declined peacefully and respectfully to her. last night around 1am or 2 am she turned on the tv very loudly , creating a lot of disturbance to us.

Poor Stay

Very basic old property, poor maintenance.they are providing washed bed sheet and towels, but they may be torn edges. If you want to take out side guests there is no restriction and freely available in outside the building.

Entrance was bad. Almost everything was dirty. Lobby was stinking Room was dirty and stinky Bathroom had no good towels etc

staff was good, room was ok, cleaness is good every day bedding is changed and rooms are clened on daily basis,nearby available indian restaurants so have easy access to indian food, last moment taxi service also available..so it was a good stay with the Le Fenix 11.

Needs a lot of improvement

Needs to improve to stand still in the competition. Many other options are there now in the area now. Rooms are still untidy and washrooms are stinking. Le fenix is loosing its glory.

my friend told it was very good hotel in 2017 but now it is very terrible, it's stinks very much, no ventilation in lobby , lady boy always there in lobby, and many people smoke ganja( weed) in room that's stinks very bad, I don't suggest any one to go, very horrible, I spent my full day outside the hotel I came to hotel only for night to sleep

Poor Stay

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the experience was below expectations. The room I was given felt quite old and poorly maintained. There was a strong fishy smell that made the stay uncomfortable, and despite raising the issue, no proper solution was provided. Additionally, the towels provided were either missing or in poor condition — definitely not what you'd expect from a hotel stay. Overall, cleanliness and basic amenities were lacking. Would not recommend unless improvements are made.
