The room was not up to the mark ,there were cockroaches everywhere including the bedroom and washroom,i specifically complained at the reception but to no avail,it was a very shocking and terrifying moment for me as no one listened .

the hotel was a nightmare , filled with filthy Muslims and Arabs who were smoking in the lobby , the hotel is filled with Hookers no hospitality at all, no amenities, no room service, nothing, they took 2000 baht and during checkout they told me that I burned their electric kettle and they charged me 2000 baht for that (pov: i didn't even used the electric kettle) can't even sleep because of all the noises .

Actually 10 minutes standing front of the reception the reception staff ( who wearing a chain attached a locket m) she never listen. Then i go to the other staff. Then she gave me room card etc. But there is no bell boy for helping search the room. Which floor. How can i find the room. Overall hotel & cleaning staff are good. Except that one reception staff
