Stay was very good but please not once booking done kindly provide the access code for opening the door which can be recvd from the VISIONAPARTMENTS Lucerne Neustadtstrasse via email because it took 1 hour to recved the access code which is compulsory

No reception at all; but “we need to send our id proof to their customer mail and they will send the passcode”- we didn’t know the info prior this via makemytrip. It would be better that such info was given earlier.

Excellent experience with 24/7 support. Very good location. Apartments are well maintained, organised and the kitchen was equipped.

Very good property. A good spacious room, having an attached kitchen with all amenities required for cooking. Bathroom is spacious as well railway tracks are close by. But i never had issues with noise. I had booked a studio apartment junior
