It’s a lovely boutique hotel. The staff super courteous, location wonderful and food of a great quality. We had a suite with an attic room that my daughter loved. Only thing missing is a hand shower in the bathroom. Clive ensured our comfort during the stay. We met the GM on check out since he was out of town, a wonderful person. Nuwara is a beautiful city and the hotel takes you to a different era altogether. JSA is the hotel I will stay whenever we visit Nuwara Eliya again. Thank you.

Beautiful heritage property & very well maintained & spotlessly clean. The sustainable practices also add to the charm. Food was delicious & service was awesome. All staff members were very responsive & courteous. We got an amazing room which made us feel more special 😀 The lawns were beautifully manicured & added to the whole experience.

We was accommodated guest of room no 108 & 107, would like to share my present experience as a suit room guest: absolutely disappointed about the property! the exterior is good enough to attract tourists and amenities are poor on that level. Toiletries are as per street-side room stays. Room heater doesn't work properly. 108 suit room has garbage-damping balcony. Poor net connection available for the guest. Overall ongoing experience is poor. Sorry!

This beautiful property in the midst of the heavenly nuwara eliya has old british charm, vintage designed rooms with a cozy balcony for morning tea and well finished wooden interiors. The room even has a lounge area with sofas and television good for family recreation. The restaurant offers a set menu along with alacarte options too and it looks specially grand during dinner time. The staff at the restaurant is warm and welcoming. The property also contains a bar, a pool table and a big lounge area at the entrance where we were welcomed with hot soup during check in. Special thanks to mr. Namal for providing us a complimentary cake for birthday celebration and to the manager mr. George for excellent hospitality.
