Perfect stay at madrid

After long research on available hotels in madrid, i booked a room in this hotel for 3 nights. And i was really happy about my decision as the hotel is in excellent location close to many tourist sites and city centre. Breakfast was very good with varities. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Only thing which disappointed me is though i had booked for 3 nights and when i reached there about 1 hr before the check in time of 2pm ( after a long flight) i had to wait till 2pm to check in. I think they should consider at-least 1 hr early check in.

I stayed here on business trip, hotel was easily accessible and staff behavior and receiving was good. Bag storage facility was available, we can check out and use this facility. Food quality was good. Rooms were spacious.

I booked this Hotel for my brothers honeymoon and the feedback I received from him wasn't good enough. The basic service that is meant to be expected were missing. Even the bags were carried to the room by the traveler.

Located centrally in the city. Nearest metro station 200m away. Madrid Central station 4 km away. Plaza mayor square just 1. 2 km from the hotel. Taxi and bus stop next to the hotel. The room was supremely clean, spacious, well lit and with a wonderful view of the city. Bright white bed linens, equally clean bathroom accessories. Breakfast was complimentary and had a lot of variety. Visited in the month of September 2017. Overall a memorable stay. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel and great service. The staff is friendly and helpful. We also left our luggage safely there as we had our flight in the evening of the day we left. Public transport is very close. Breakfast is decent.

The hotel location is very near to the railway station and the metro station. The Wi-Fi and the breakfast provided is good. But the room is a bit small when compared to other hotels. There is a readily available taxi stand in front of the hotel. The staff in the reception is very friendly to serve you any time.

The hotel has great location. The staff have very nice behavior and are always helpful with a smiling face. Restaurant offers a good spread for breakfast at cheap rate. Rooms were big, clean and had all basic facilities with good maintenance. The overall ambience and decor of the hotel is very good.

Location is good, but poor quality for breakfast for vegetation. The location is away from tourist centre. No marketing place near by. The situation near to the metro station. If you are a travler going for enjoy then stay near to centre to enjoy night roming because in Soain maximum people talking in Spanish they do not know English. If you want help you will find difficult to locate your place.
