The staff at the hotel is awesome. We reached the Hotel at 8 Am in the morning and they still provided us with the room. They have surprise gifts to me, kids, on Christmas. Very helpful in planning excursions and most importantly, intelligent bunch of guys who know it all and get the best deals for you.

Location is really nice. Rambla is five minutes walk, same with metro or bus. Hotel has a parking underneath, though with a parking fee of Euro 20 per day. Got a room at first floor. Could not sleep whole night because of sliding door noise at the front office below. Very basic room with clean bed and clean washroom.
Noisy in night with sliding doors opening and closing all night at the floor below. Windows were too covered to have any natural light in room. Only liquid soaps in dispenser are provided in bathroom, not of good quality. No refrigerator in room.
