Food was alright. Rooms were a bit small and without windows - not sure why was this option even offered. It didn’t had modern power sockets, so charging was a pain. They are also very inflexible with respect to check-in/checkout times

Check in time was 2:00 clock according to my booking but hotel staff only started after 3:00 and no early check in is allowed even for older people who have come since morning.
Number of plug points, The air conditioning temperature is too bad like hot summer 27-29 degree, I lost things but not reported to front desk, phone given on site and reservation is never picked by hotel, check in was worst, never faced by any guest in this grade of hotel, all guests had to wait till it 3:00 am and then counters will be open for one by for 70-100 rooms which will a very long time, many old people were waiting since morning 8:00 o'clock. This is the worst part, no early check in even room is empty.
