The hotel room is not the cleanest there were stains on the carpet. Our bathroom door won’t shut. Refrigerator did not work. Staff was helpful especially alice at the front desk.

Everything was super! Great big, modern and clean room, beautiful restaurant and lobby zone. Have stayed here 2 times - in 2013 and now. I thing, this hotel is the best in Bratislava. We very-very like this hotel.
