Positive experience with excellent staff and humble management my overall experience at the platinum was highly satisfactory. The staff, in particular, stood out for their kindness and helpfulness. From the moment i entered, i was greeted with warmth and genuine concern for my needs. Notably, the general manager's humility left a lasting impression. Their approachability and willingness to assist demonstrated a true commitment to customer satisfaction. Moreover, the entire staff exhibited kindness and a readiness to help, making my visit all the more enjoyable. Average rooms with old furnishing, basic amenities and ok cleanliness. This property definitely had seen better days in the past. What made the stay bearable was the helpful housekeeping staff which was very efficient in trying to provided required assistance to Platinum Hotel guest despite the shortcomings in the room itself. Breakfast spread was also highly commendable.
