The stay was excellent, and the property is conveniently located just 25–30 minutes from the International Airport. I arrived around 11:00 a.m., and they allowed an early check-in, which was appreciated. Although the standard checkout time is 12:00 noon, my request for a 30-minute extension was denied—but that wasn’t a major issue for me.
One of the key advantages of this property is its location in the heart of the Thamel market area. However, I was a bit disappointed that there was no welcome drink or newspaper provided, even though both were listed among the amenities. Additionally, the 10% discount on food is valid only for a single use—not on every order—which should be clearly communicated upfront.
The property itself is impressive. The ambiance is pleasant, and areas like the lobby, dining space, and garden are all well-maintained, as are the rooms. My only concerns were with the bathroom: the Western-style toilet was quite small, and there were visible stains in the shower drain area.
The breakfast was excellent and included a good selection of Indian dishes. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place for families.
