I have stayed at your hotel three times, with my last check-out on 05-11-2023 in room number 115. Overall, my experiences at your hotel have been satisfactory. However, I feel compelled to address a recurring issue concerning a staff member, who works at the lounge (restaurant reception side. Since my initial stay, I have consistently encountered discourteous behavior, characterized by his unprofessional attitude and arrogance. It is clear to me that he does not prioritize guest satisfaction and appears to disregard their concerns. If it was for 1 time, I may have ignored it, but since my 1st visit, he continues the same with me in all the 3 visits, I don't know what grudges he holds against me Having traveled extensively and stayed in numerous hotels around the world, I have never encountered such a situation that would prompt me to file a complaint against a hotel staff member. However, my recent experiences with Mr. have left me with no choice but to express my dissatisfaction. As someone who genuinely appreciates Hotel Lucerna, it is disheartening to consider discontinuing my stays here due to a persistent sense of discomfort and insecurity caused by the attitude of one staff member. I have previously raised my concerns with Mr. , but it appears that no effective action has been taken to address this issue. Although I regret that I may no longer choose Hotel Lucerna for my future visits, I wanted to bring this matter to your attention in the hope that it may lead to necessary improvements in guest service. Thank you for your understanding, and I wish you the best of luck in maintaining the high standards that have made Hotel Lucerna a favorable choice for travelers. I am awaiting your revert before posting my above grievance in trip advisor and other Indian travel portal sites, so that travelers are aware about this person.
