They gave the room with balcony which was pretty old, stinks every corner. Bed sheets were very old and very low maintenance and smells bad, we used our own bedsheets. Westin has not shown its mark in this resort, its doesnt seen like westin resort at all. Coming to the staff in westin club , we went there for booking excursions, they treat you very badly, doesnt give information and cancel the tour in the last minute and they are biased. Such a pathetic experience we had in cancun, thought of changing the resort in middle of the trip.

Booking was not done with property directly by makemytrip company. The fact that ocean view room and lagoon view rooms are completely different was not informed to me by makemyrrip. Though i was informed about availability of tea complimentary was incorrect as only coffe sachet were provided and i had to go to market on first day to by tea bags. Makemytrip should do the booking directly with properties in mexico rather than going via 3rd party. Thanks for making me write my issues here which should be addressed by makemytrip effectively.

Excellent view from sea facing rooms. Good food options including vegetarian food. Clean swimming pool & surrounding areas. Excellent service & hospitality. Public transport every 5 minutes from main entrance of the hotel. Cancun downtown around 45 minutes and shopping areas are 30 minutes from this hotel.
