Hotel and facilities are excellent, but the staffs are not so good. For example while checking out reception demands advance payment receipt. I paid advance and I give signed document that I paid advance while check out. I booked for 3 personals through MMT, but they provide me single bed apartment also only one towel. Reception informed they will confirm next day. They informed me that they can give only single room apartment.

We stayed in two bed room suit for three nights, Fraser Residence Kuala Lumpur rooms size are big, with all the amenities you can expect in a five star Fraser Residence Kuala Lumpur. The staff are very helpful. Buffet breakfast is good.
Awesome stay. Kids enjoyed the pool. Rooms are big and well maintained with all the amenities.

It was good. It will be taking 15 mins by walk towards twin towers. Hotel staffs are friendly. The only thing I didn't liked is they charge for stains in bed sheets. Never mind apart from that the stay was very sweet.
