    This review is for Grand Hermitage and Hotel siviglia.

    The Hotel Grand Hermitage was full even after advance booking, but they compensated it with a stay in different hotel named Hotel siviglia. They gave us transport to reach there and the rooms were almost same as Grand Hermitage and the staff at Hotel siviglia was very helpful and the breakfast was decent. The location was good as well. No complaints with the new hotel provided, but yes it gets quite tiring and unprofessional when something like this happens last minute.
