Terrible Stay
Properties location is good, close to attractions but the staff is little arrogant they took my personal iron and kettle from the room without prior permission or warning and didn’t intimate us after taking it as well. We were shocked with their move. They also stopped us from using our kettle and iron in the room. This was not expected

A wonderful hotel near train station
We stayed 3 nights at Hotel San Remo. It’s a short walk from the Termini and Santa Maria Maggiore Church. The rooms are clean and housekeeping was on point. Hotel has access to plenty of local restaurants and is very accessible and through bus and trains. The breakfast was ample though the time is restricted till 10am which is very early if you want a little late breakfast on one of the days of the tour. They definitely must improve on the packed breakfast which we requested on one morning. We have us packed breakfast in other hotels in Italy and Rome specifically as well on our previous trips. They should include a sandwich and a croissant which almost all hotels include in the takeaway breakfast. Rest everything was fine. It’s an old property (115yrs) so some rooms may not be upto standard but ours was very neat and spacious with a balcony as well. PS: since my daughter joined after I made the room reservation we upgraded ourselves to a triple room by paying extra. We also took the taxi service from the hotel and it was priced at €70 but the service was excellent.

Excellent Stay
Everything was good. Staff also helpful. It would have been better if the Hotel provides a microwave and 2 plates in every room. I Am satisfied with my stay. I recommend this Hotel to everyone. Thanks.
Room: SINGLE STANDARD
A really well located, fashionable friendly hotel.
What a great place. Freidlly, helpful reception, very good location, and rooms are quite spacious. Breakfast was also varied and tasty The marble staircase is amazing, and the hoyel is really quite regal

The location was good and the room was quite!
The wi-fi has a problem and actually we have no internet access in the hotel. The boy on the reception was always speaking on the phone and we shoul alway wait of him, just to take our key, no word to ask him anything else.

Good hotel for Rome trip
The hotel is located near the Termini station, where the airport trains or buses come, which are much cheaper than the train: from 4 to 6 euros. The hotel is located in a historic building. The furniture in the room unfortunately is too old. The size of the room in which I lived was not big: almost the entire area occupied by the bed, but there was a large bathroom. The plumbing was old and in a terrible condition, but there was a good water pressure. I was surprised by a good and plentiful breakfast: that is a great rarity for European hotels. The staff is friendly and responsive. I recommend this hotel for a few nights stay.

Great place near the Termini
Decent hotel in prime location. It is near Roma Termini and the termini metro. Major attraction Colloseum can be reached by foot. Room was average. Luckily they gave me room on 2nd floor which had balcony and no other floor had. Room was huge. Air conditioning was below average since it was very hot. Breakfast was also OK.
