The hotel is based on the 3rd floor with a tinny elevator that only fits two. No support for luggage transport to the ground floor on check-out and no staff except a receptionist. Did not adhere to committed booking and I had to shift to another hotel due to over booking and brought back after a day. My worst experience in Rome.

Very near to Roma termini Station and indian restaurant. Breakfast area is very small and not much option in the complimentary breakfast provided. Overall good budget Hotel for family stay.
