Overall good experience but ac not working despite repair

Good things- the Alam Puisi Villa room was quite good, service and food was also good. Bad thing- ac was not cooling, they have a very small ac for the size of the room they have, had told them to get the ac gas checked, but no improvement despite complaining two times

We booked for 5n 6d and the stay was good the staff is courteous and nice. Would highly recommend. The only downside is indian food is not that authentic but Alam Puisi Villa allows you yo order from grab.

It's very nice and piece the full place to stay. I was booked and stayed for 2 nights. That was a wonderful time to spend. Good maintenance and good food for all country peoples. It's awesome.

View is mesmerizing. We can see mount aging and the sea from our bedroom. Also they have a infinity swimming pool. But the manager fooled us by providing ham instead of chicken in our meal

The stay was nice, the Alam Puisi Villa staff and the facilities are top class just one negative that it’s in the village area of ubud so everything near by closes at 7pm.
