Terrible Stay

They charged me twice for the same room, they told me my money will be refunded in 3 days but i did not get any refund till now. The room’s airconditioner was not working, bathroom’s exhaust fan was not working. They were not ready to change our room or give me refund and more over they charged me twice and i did not get the refund yet.
