Shocking
Hello! To say that "I'm in shock" is to say nothing! I traveled with my child, a 1.5-year-old son, and my mother. No lyrics, on the facts: 1. We lived in room 7040. The apartment is just dead, very old! - Mattress with stiff springs that you can even touch - Collapsed shower; the cleaning lady always inserted the walls of the shower stall when she visited, because they fell off and I cleaned them because I was afraid that they would fall on the child. - The showerhead itself is all rusty and sprinkles in different directions - Leaky gray-yellow towels - Veranda, I think, has not been washed since the founding of this "hotel". 2. There is no iron in the room, and if you ask for it, this is a paid service, clothes will be ironed for money. Ironing will be 2-3 hours. Honestly! I have visited 32 countries and have NEVER met such nonsense in hotels! 3. Nutrition. "All-inclusive". - Breakfast until 11:00, we arrived at 9:55. Me, mom, and my child. I went for porridge or an omelet for my son - I looked, and all the vats (pans) were clean and empty. I ask - “where is the porridge? I have a small child, can I ask him to eat? " To which they yapped at me "no, it's over." I tried to ask again, to which I was also sent. I take the child in my arms and mom goes with us to the reception. I go to the reception and start asking to call the hotel manager. Of course, I'm all on emotions! My baby is hungry! And they sent me to the dining room. The manager comes down, we sit down and start talking. I speak with emotions and with tears, because I came to rest, and not to be nervous because of the lack of food from my little son! The manager tells me: “If you don’t speak calmly, I will call the guards on you.” Seriously? I came crying with a baby in my arms, and will they call the security for me? In general, after discussions, the chef prepared porridge and an omelet for my son (which you won't eat). - The floors in the dining room are dirty, greasy! Everything is smeared! Tables/chairs are sticky, dirty! I always used an antiseptic gel myself for a highchair, because of such dirt! - We only used paper cups, because the glass is all dirty! - There is a lot of food, but everything is so tasteless! I lost 4 kg, my mother lost 2.5 kg. Because the food is DISGUSTING! I don't know what kind of "talent" you need to have to spoil a basic boiled potato or boiled rice! The rice is raw, the potatoes are all salty. You can't chew any meat! As if this meat is 100 years old at lunchtime! And the child in general all these days ate food from Nestle cans! 4. The only plus is the beach! The sea is clean and very pleasant.
