Great hotel, poor service, rude staff

The hotel is located at a convenient place right next to the metro. The rooms are very good with a small pop up kitchenette and a good set of utensils, which you have to ask for, at no extra charge. The staff is not polite and co-operative. Whenever you ask them for something, they always replied with a blunt NO. they claim to be a four star hotel but the hospitality is of a one star. On arrival, the staff refused to help us with the baggage, where as there was luggage service in three star hotels, which we received, compared to this so called 4 star hotel. The behavior and attitude towards Indians or similar looking guests was highly indifferent. They gave us a room with a twin bed and a broken safe. We asked them to Change the room or to get the safe fixed, which they couldn't do.
