Premier Inn Munich Airport East Hotel

We had checked in the property as we had a flight the next day. The rooms were very comfortable. The service provided by the reception staff was very warm and courteous. There aren't many good restaurants or eateries in the vicinity of the Premier Inn Munich Airport East Hotel, hence the menu in the Premier Inn Munich Airport East Hotel should have been a little more elaborate. The restaurant- the bar staff was very rude and impolite. They were behaving as if they are doing us a favor by serving us food, especially one lady waiting for the tables. She was just misbehaving with everyone. I told a couple that the restaurant was closed when it was clearly open. The manager had to intervene to make them sit and get some service. Not worthy of the Holiday inn tag.

The room was neat & clean with easy accessibility from Munich airport through shuttle service from bus stop no. 6, approx 10min. We used the Premier Inn Munich Airport East Hotel for a layover to US & found it to be worth the money. The buffet was also decent & filling.

Location is fine shuttle service to airport was quite helpful Room was nicely maintained. Rooms quite spacious. Breakfast /food was superb. Staff was very cooperative. Apple trees from the backyard makes your morning very fresh.

The location is not too good but the Premier Inn Munich Airport East Hotel has a paid shuttle service, that makes your life much better. Hotel is of good quality. Food is good.

Hotel is very close to Munich Airport but very far from city centre. It is a good choice for those passengers who are in transit and do not need to travel to city. The receptionists were helpful to us
