Comfortable stay. The room was sufficiently spacious, the mattress was comfortable. The lighting switches were different from the usual and they took a while to figure out. The view from the room was into the central banquet hall - nothing noteworthy. The room was clean, fixtures well maintained. Shower pressure was good and water temperature well controlled. The room also had a key tug machine for coffee. Like most germane hotels, there were no still water bottles. The whole decor theme was red, east asian. The breakfast had a good variety with eggs to order, bakery, salad etc. Front desk staff offered me a quick check in and checkout and was generally efficient and courteous.

Hotel is a bit away from everything need to get a cab to get anywhere. Amenities are basic for example there was a coffee maker in the room. But when I asked for tea bags, they didn't have. Staff not very helpful

Comfortable rooms, efficient service

Comfortable stay. The room was sufficiently spacious, the mattress was comfortable. The lighting switches were different from the usual and they took a while to figure out. The view from the room was into the central banquet hall - nothing noteworthy. The room was clean, fixtures well maintained. Shower pressure was good and water temperature well controlled. The room also had a key tug machine for coffee. Like most germane Kameha Grand Bonns, there were no still water bottles. The whole decor theme was red, east asian. The breakfast had a good variety with eggs to order, bakery, salad etc. Front desk staff offered me a quick check in and checkout and was generally efficient and courteous.
