The hotel is very much accessible. The nearest Berlin Savignyplatz is just about 7 minutes walk distance. The bus stops are even closer. Taxis are available round the clock. Hotel is clean with friendly staff. Rooms are very neatly maintained.

There is no room service in the hotel. Room was small. They didn't not have much variety in the breakfast. Perfect location near to you bahn and S bahn, hardly 5-10 minutes walkable distance. Take a bus A100 double decker from zoological garden station

The best place to stay in Berlin

All the good things I've come to expect from a Hilton in this hotel with the added advantages of a great price and convenient location! The hotel is located just a 5 min walk from Zoologischer Garten station, and this is connected with the Berlin Hauptbahnhof by a short train ride. There is also a bus connection from the station from where you can go to pretty much all the tourist spots in Berlin. The hotel itself is very nicely done. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable. One small complaint is that there's hardly any English channels on TV. There isn't a safe in the room, but I could leave my valuable with the reception hassle-free. Staff is all lovely, friendly people. Finally, breakfast [included] was amazing, great start to a full day of roaming around Berlin! All this together with a great price [I booked early] makes this an unbeatable deal! Keep it up!

Stayed here for 4 nights in Dec-Jan 2016-17. The rooms are good in size and comes with all essential items (except a mini bar- but a small price to pay for a good hotel). Close to all amenities, there are good restaurants within 10 mins walk and very well connected to other parts of the city. Go for it!

The hotel is very close to the market area. You can take the hop on hop off buses nearby and is not very far from the center of town. The buffet breakfast also had a lot of options (I think it was the special Saturday buffet). The services and hospitality were very good and I would definitely recommend this place to others.
